Plumber

Texas Chiller Systems (TCS) is expanding in Austin, and we’re looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing team. If you take pride in your work, value teamwork, and want to be part of a company built on trust and respect, we want to meet you.

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems with precision and care.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specs to plan efficient, code-compliant layouts.
• Work side by side with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly to keep our customers running.
• Test systems for performance and compliance before project completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Support a strong safety culture on every job site.

• Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, installation practices, and testing procedures.
• Ability to problem-solve and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude, reliable work ethic, and teamwork mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in HVAC or mechanical trades preferred.

• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Regularly sit, walk, bend, lift, twist upper body, stretch and stand for incremental periods of time.

Full-time, Exempt

• 8-hour shift
• Hours to be available are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Friday. Hours are subject to change with seasonal demands/workload.
