• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems for residential clients in the Austin area.
• Handling a wide range of tasks from new construction and remodels to addressing leaky faucets and other repair needs.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues with precision and expertise.
• Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and building codes.
• Mentoring and guiding junior plumbers (for journeymen and master plumbers), upholding the core principles of quality craftsmanship.

• Apprentice:
  Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic. Some formal training or experience in a related field is a plus.
• Journeyman:
  Valid Journeyman Plumber license for the state of Texas and proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Master Plumber:
  Valid Master Plumber license for the state of Texas, extensive experience in the field, and strong leadership skills.
• All applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with a dedication to customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
