The Service Technician responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and trouble‑shooting of our systems at our customer's sites. Our Service Technicians are the face of our company and play a key role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company products.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Keep track of all tools and equipment and maintain service vehicle.
• Ensure all safety measures are taken while completing tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical abilities.
• Experience with electrical wiring and home automation systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license.

• Minimum of 2 years of Media/Security System experience as a Service Technician.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Reliable with a good attendance record.
• Experience in Home Building, Remodeling/Construction is a PLUS.
