As a Auto Glass Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping us solve customer problems in a fun, fast-paced, rewarding environment. You'll be working out in the elements at times, using your hands, and operating in an ever-changing environment that is both fun and challenging. This can be a very physical job and thus the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair all types of auto, bus, and heavy machinery glass, including windshields, windows, and mirrors.

Remove old glass and prepare vehicle surfaces for installation.

Use the latest industry-standard tools and equipment to ensure proper installation.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with customers and answering any questions they may have about the installation process.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Effectively communicate with office staff while in the field

Potential to be promoted in your first year! Earn up to $25/hour as a Senior Tech & up to $30/hour as a Master Tech. Technician career levels determined based on performance metrics demonstrating efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

3+ years of experience in auto glass installation.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment excellence

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Integrity and accountability

Valid driver's license with good driving record, and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a drug test.
