We are currently seeking a Helper/Trainee to join our team of over 1,000 professionals. This position involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

• Assist with the installation of fire protection equipment and the service, repair and maintenance of fire protection systems under direct supervision of a licensed Technician.
• Assist with diagnosing and evaluating systems that require servicing as well as troubleshooting issues that arise during inspections under direct supervision of a licensed Technician.
• Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner.
• Some overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in the fire protection industry.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems or construction is a plus; training will be provided.
• Clean background and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Valid driver's license required.
