As a TSR, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction through:

• Education:

• Experience:
  
  Formal technical training or 1–3 years of experience with electromechanical equipment preferred.
• Technical Aptitude:
  Comfort with tools, troubleshooting, and using technology.
• Customer Service
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Independence:
  Self‑motivation and ability to work autonomously.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to travel long distances and adjust to changing schedules.
• Driver’s License: A valid license with a clean motor vehicle record.

• Extensive driving within a geographical territory.
• Occasional overnight travel and weekend work may be required.
• Physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in confined spaces.
