Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking skilled Electricians and Plumbers to join our team in the construction industry. These professionals will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidates should have experience working on construction sites, possess technical expertise, and adhere to safety regulations.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Inspect electrical components, including transformers and circuit breakers, ensuring compliance with local codes.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure functionality and safety.
• Work with contractors and project managers to ensure timely completion of electrical work.
• Follow safety procedures and electrical codes to prevent accidents and hazards.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and pipe damage.
• Install and maintain water supply networks, drainage systems, and gas lines.
• Test plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with building codes.
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure plumbing systems are integrated into building plans.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to plumbing work.

• Proven experience as an electrician or plumber in a construction setting.
• Certification or license in electrical or plumbing work (if required by local regulations).
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and strength to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Electricians: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Plumbers: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in plumbing system installation and repair.
• Experience in new construction, renovations, and commercial projects is preferred.

• Full-time positions with 40+ hours per week
