About Our Branch Manager and Owners:
Your manager understands what it takes to be a top service professional and will support your success. He maintains high standards for quality work and customer service and will be respectful and supportive while expecting high quality, effort, and trustworthiness.
You'll also work directly with the owners. They work full-time in the business, follow almost every call, do not interfere, but will speak up if a teammate is disrespected. They are extremely supportive and want you to be successful and to feel comfortable with their interest in your future and work.
Ideal Candidate:
- Be awesome and motivated to learn and succeed.
- Be an experienced residential service electrician with 3-5 years in the field.
- Have service experience involving troubleshooting and work on homes at least 5 years old.
- Have at least a Texas Residential Wireman license.
- Be neat, presentable, professional, and aligned with our culture and values.
- Believe that every home can be made safer and every teammate counts.
