Security Officer Flex Armed Field Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to customers, team members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical events, and alarms, and request law enforcement and/or medical support when needed;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity for unusual behavior that may help to deter loss and/or disorder, and report concerns per post orders;
Complete detailed written reports and maintain accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and interactions, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
