Gate Attendant

Gate Attendant – Waccamaw Management, LLC

Join our team to ensure safe and orderly vehicle and visitor flow at one of our many locations.

• Direct traffic flow by stopping vehicles at gate entry points to prevent collisions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment problems and report them to supervisors.
• Guide vehicles into parking lots or garages using hand signals or automated gates.
• Greet visitors, answer questions about facilities, and provide directions.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems for unauthorized activity.
• Assist with directing traffic during sporting events or concerts as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of gate equipment and safety measures.
• Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and after hours.
