• Develop, optimize, and validate quantitative LC‑MS/MS methods (triple quadrupole) to CLIA/CAP standards.
• Own sample prep workflows (PP, LLE, SPE; steroid derivatization) for serum/plasma and DBS/card matrices.
• Run and maintain SCIEX 7500+ and UHPLC systems, troubleshooting real issues like suppression, interferences, and carryover.
• Write and execute validation plans, SOPs, and study reports; ensure complete data integrity and traceability through L.screen>
• Mentor and train junior analysts, helping to raise the collective bar on analytical science in the lab.

• MS or PhD in Analytical Chemistry They Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical沒有, or related fields (BS with strong experience considered).
