In the Personal Lines Inside Sales Agent position, you will:

Grow New Business Accounts by converting incoming leads, warm calls, online quote requests, client referrals and organic opportunities into sales.

Utilize agency custom CRM to support sales cycle and automation of follow ups, which then boosts opportunity funnel and close ratio.

Utilize agency management system AMS
360 & Personal Lines Rater

Provide the highest quality of professional service to every customer.

Maintain knowledge of products.

Follow existing processes and procedures

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Annual Income: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00+ per year

New Business Commissions in Addition to Salary

This position can be in office or remote. We can work anywhere high-speed internet is available.

Fun & fast paced environment if you prefer to work in an office and share sales techniques and sales talk

We dont sell cars, solar panels, etc., We sell INSURANCE policies! Insurance is a required product and service that allows you to sell and assist customers with a Heart of a teacher.

Requirements for Personal Lines Inside Sales Agent:

TX Property and casualty insurance license is required.

Prepare quotes for customers.

Must work independently and possess organization skills to manage numerous, varied, detailed tasks.

Must have computer skills and ability to use Office software programs

Applicant must be articulate and friendly, demonstrate professional appearance and have a strong work ethic.

Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

Endorse technology over old school models.
