This is not a traditional sales role. It’s a hybrid opportunity combining business development and marketing, where you’ll spend time cultivating partnerships, generating leads, and helping elevate the brand within the local business community.

What You’ll Do Business Development & Relationship Building (50–75%)- Build relationships with local businesses, commercial real estate professionals, and industry partners
- Generate new opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for the design and project teams
- Identify and engage prospective clients within targeted industries
- Conduct outreach through calls, email, networking events, and social platforms
- Represent the organization at community and industry events
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with key clients and partners
- Learn and communicate the value of innovative workplace solutions to decision-makers
- Help execute initiatives that increase brand awareness and market visibility
- Create and share content for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
- Assist with digital marketing efforts including email campaigns and event promotion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to help refine marketing strategy
- At least 2 year of experience in networking, business development, marketing, PR, or client-facing roles in the Commercial Real Estate industry
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with business owners and senior executives
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset
- Experience with social media, event marketing, or email marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
