Responsibilities- Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions by demonstrating the value of our innovative security and smart business solutions.
- Explain our products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions.
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, closely with customers and coworkers.
- Build relationships, deliver a great customer experience, and translate curiosity into loyal customers.
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy individual driven to succeed.
- Strong communication and creative skills; ability to connect with people and expand networks.
- Willing to put in the work to achieve results and adapt to competitive and customer needs.
- Ability to prioritize time effectively and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and oral English and Spanish in a professional capacity is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex products and services and provide customer-focused solutions.
- Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150K+).
- Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.

Sales advisors will receive uncapped commissions plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $85,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
