About

the Role

Star Tex is seeking qualified candidates to join our growing team of Strategic Account Executives, who are charged with driving revenue through new customer acquisition and will own the sales process for prospects interested in purchasing EHS Insight.

Overview

The EHS management software TAM is ~$7bn and is growing at ~20% a year. The EHS Insight platform helps companies digitize EHS, ESG, and QMS processes and reduce risk. We have a 98% customer retention rate, NPS score of +22, CSAT of 7.8, outperforming competitors with an average NPS of –17, and CSAT of 6.6. We have had multiple years of record growth and are scaling our organization to keep up with demand.

Our SAE’s deliver high‑quality solutions and tailored demos based on client requirements. 90% of our leads are inbound and we work on a variety of projects ranging in both size and scope, across various industries.

Qualifications

Two Year degree required; four year degree is preferred. Background check, 3‑5 years of SaaS experience minimum.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the EHS, QMS, and ESG space. Understanding of complex sales cycles and processes. Ability to navigate through Enterprise decision making teams and build quantifiable ROI and business impact proposals based on value. Experience in deep discovery into business processes and ability to demo software to potential clients based on functional needs.

Prospecting experience using tools like Hub Spot, N.Rich, Gong, Seamless, AI/Agentic AI, and Linked In Sales Navigator. Experience in deep discovery into business processes. Ability to demo software to potential clients based on functional needs.
