GoSharps is growing fast and we’re looking for driven, people-first professionals to join our sales team in Austin.

We are the local leader in Healthcare Compliance Services and we’ve built our reputation the old-fashioned way: through trusted, face-to-face relationships and outstanding service. If you’re energized by in-person interaction and want to make a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

This is not a desk job. Our Medical Sales Representatives are in the field every day, meeting new people and growing our business across Greater Austin.

• Conduct in-person consultations and service presentations
• Prospect medical offices and build lasting relationships within your local territory
• Set appointments with managers, clinical directors, physicians, and other decision-makers
• Represent GoSharps professionally and personably in every interaction

We're looking for natural connectors: charismatic people who thrive on meeting new faces, earning trust, and getting things done.

• Are energized by face-to-face interactions rather than emails
• Love being on the move and meeting new people every day
• Can build rapport quickly with gatekeepers and decision-makers
• Are organized, accountable, and results-driven
• Present yourself confidently and professionally
• Have outside sales experience (preferred, but not required - we’ll train the right person)
• Uncapped commissions + monthly performance bonuses
• Car & cell phone package
• Benefits after 90 days

Sales reps who hit their goals average $75k-$85k in their first year, but there is no cap on commissions.

We don't have ten rounds of interviews and tests. We take finding the right people seriously, but we keep it to three straightforward steps:

• Brief Introductory Video Call
• Long-form In-Person Interview
• Final Interview Video Call

In the first two steps you'll meet & speak with the manager you'd be working for. The third step is a conversation with current members of the team you'd be working with.
