Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 base + uncapped commission
On-Target Earnings: $150,000 – $175,000+
About the OpportunityA rapidly growing workforce technology company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for introducing innovative, performance-based talent marketing and candidate engagement solutions to senior HR and business leaders.
This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys building pipeline from scratch, navigating complex buying cycles, and closing high-value deals.
What You’ll Own- Drive net-new revenue through outbound prospecting and strategic account targeting
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through disciplined outreach
- Lead discovery conversations with HR, Talent, and Executive decision-makers
- Present tailored solutions that align with workforce hiring and growth initiatives
- Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage activity within CRM platforms
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation
- Consistently exceed revenue and activity targets
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong outbound focus
- Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or Operations leadership preferred
- Proven ability to manage longer, consultative sales cycles
- Strong track record of quota attainment in a new logo environment
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, sales intelligence platforms, virtual demo tools)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage company
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive edge
- Energized by prospecting and building relationships from cold outreach
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
- Organized, data-driven, and pipeline-focused
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
