Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

Industry: Workforce Technology / B2B SaaS

Location: Remote (U.S.

-based)

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 base + uncapped commission

On-Target Earnings: $150,000 – $175,000+

About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing workforce technology company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic new business across mid-market and enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for introducing innovative, performance-based talent marketing and candidate engagement solutions to senior HR and business leaders.

This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys building pipeline from scratch, navigating complex buying cycles, and closing high-value deals.

What You’ll Own
  • Drive net-new revenue through outbound prospecting and strategic account targeting
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through disciplined outreach
  • Lead discovery conversations with HR, Talent, and Executive decision-makers
  • Present tailored solutions that align with workforce hiring and growth initiatives
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Accurately forecast revenue and manage activity within CRM platforms
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation
  • Consistently exceed revenue and activity targets
Ideal Background
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong outbound focus
  • Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or Operations leadership preferred
  • Proven ability to manage longer, consultative sales cycles
  • Strong track record of quota attainment in a new logo environment
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (CRM, sales intelligence platforms, virtual demo tools)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage company
