Overview
Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. You will be hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career.
Schedule and CompensationSchedule:
Monday–Friday 8 am – 5 pm plus 1 Saturday every 6 weeks. Pay: starts at $19.65 or higher based on experience.
- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
- 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
- Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make timely decisions.
- Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer service oriented with the ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $18.71 - $31.41. Estimated ranges displayed are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations; starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
