Position: Lead Generation Sales Executive (B2B)

About Us Briidge.one is an AI-powered MVP builder agency. We help founders and businesses bring ideas to life, from sleek landing pages to full custom systems.

After successfully working with startups and SaaS founders, we are expanding into high-value legacy industries including Private Equity, Law, Real Estate, and Investment Firms, building custom digital systems valued between $10K–$100K.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist based in the US, Europe or Dubai to identify, reach and convert qualified prospects into discovery calls.

What You’ll Do Research & Identify:
Locate high value prospects and decision makers in tech and non tech industries (PE, Law, Real Estate) who need digital transformation.

Build Pipelines:
Create targeted lead lists using Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase and other intelligence tools.

Execute Outreach:
Run personalized cold outreach campaigns (Linked In + Email) designed to cut through the noise.

Optimize & Iterate: A/B test messaging to increase open rates, replies and booked calls.

Manage CRM:
Maintain a clean pipeline in our CRM (tools provided).

Collaborate:
Work closely with the founders to align outreach with our positioning and case studies.

Report:
Track weekly KPIs: leads sourced, outreach sent, response rates and meetings booked.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

2+ years of B2B lead generation / SDR experience (Agency or SaaS background preferred).

Track Record:
Proven history of booking meetings with C-level executives or decision makers in the US/EU markets.

Skills:

Strong English copywriting skills for cold outreach, you know how to sell value, not features.

Tech Stack:
Hands on experience with Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hub Spot/Pipedrive or similar tools.

Mindset:
Self driven, numbers oriented, and comfortable working remotely in a fast paced startup environment.

Capability:
Ability to understand complex services (custom software/MVP builds) and translate them into simple value propositions for non-tech clients.
