The RoleWe are looking for a relentless, strategic Lead Generation Specialist based in the US, Europe, or Dubai. Your mission is to identify, engage, and convert qualified decision‑makers into booked discovery calls. You won't just be sending generic blasts; you will be executing highly targeted, value-driven outreach to C-level executives.
What You’ll Do- Research & Identify:
Pinpoint high-value prospects and decision‑makers in both tech and legacy non‑tech industries who are primed for digital transformation. - Build Pipelines:
Engineer highly targeted lead lists using Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other intelligence tools. - Execute Outreach:
Run personalized, multi‑channel cold outreach campaigns (Linked In + Email) designed to cut through the noise. - Optimize & Iterate:
Relentlessly A/B test messaging to increase open rates, replies, and booked meetings. - Manage CRM:
Maintain a spotless, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM. - Collaborate:
Work directly with the founders to align your outreach strategy with our current positioning and case studies. - Report:
Track and present weekly KPIs: leads sourced, outreach sent, response rates, and meetings booked.
- Experience:
2+ years of B2B lead generation / SDR experience (Agency or SaaS background highly preferred). - Track Record: A proven history of booking meetings with C-level executives and decision‑makers in Western markets.
- Copywriting
Skills:
Exceptional English copywriting. You know how to sell business value and ROI, not just technical features. - Tech Stack:
Hands‑on expertise with Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Hub Spot/Pipedrive (or similar). - Mindset:
Self‑driven, numbers‑oriented, and entirely comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced startup environment. - Capability:
The ability to understand complex custom software services and translate them into dead‑simple, compelling value propositions for non‑tech clients.
We offer a highly lucrative, hybrid compensation model designed for top performers:
- Commission directly on the gross project ticket price (deals range from $20k–$100k) + recurring commission on monthly retainers.
- Base Salary + Recurring Commission on all your retained clients.
