Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Austin, Texas

$45,000 base (rising to $55,000 after 6-9 months) + uncapped commission

Realistic year 1 OTE: $80,000-$120,000

You won’t be joining a corporate machine. You’ll be part of a growing office where performance is visible, success is celebrated loudly, and progression is genuinely achievable.

The Role:

This is a full 360 recruitment position with a strong sales focus. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Business Development - winning new clients and building your own market
  • Account Management - growing and maintaining client relationships
  • Candidate sourcing and management
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals

This is consultative sales at a high level. You’re selling a service, building partnerships, and influencing hiring decisions across fast-moving industries.

It’s demanding, It’s target-driven, It’s competitive... and it pays exceptionally well for those who commit.

What you’ll earn:
  • Increase to $55,000 after 6-9 months
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Realistic Year 1 OTE: $80,000-$120,000

Your output directly impacts your income, there is no artificial ceiling.

Progression:

Training & support:
