About the roleAccelerate your career in outbound sales and drive growth! As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Auctane, you'll be on the front lines of driving new business. This is a highly outbound-focused role where your main responsibility is to actively engage with prospects through high-volume cold-calling, targeted emailing, and strategic use of social media. You will be a crucial part of our sales pipeline, identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads into sales-ready opportunities, ensuring you pass only the most promising prospects to our sales team.

This role is hybrid based in Austin, TX (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office).

What will you be doing?- Heavy Outbound Prospecting
:
Consistently generate new opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach. - Qualify and Develop Leads
:
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, uncovering pain points and needs, and guiding prospects to a clear understanding of how our solutions can help them. - Overcome Objections
:
Manage and overcome common sales objections with ease, keeping the conversation focused on value and next steps. - Create Interest and Build Rapport
:
Develop rapport quickly with decision-makers through engaging, consultative conversations across multiple channels (phone, email, Linked In). - Targeted Research
:
Conduct thorough research on accounts and prospects to identify the right decision-makers and potential opportunities. - Document Sales Activities
:
Ensure all lead interactions are captured accurately in Salesforce and Salesloft, tracking the entire prospecting journey and maintaining up-to-date lead data. - Meet Key Metrics
:
Consistently meet or exceed key metrics, including monthly and quarterly new opportunity generation, call volume, email outreach, and pipeline goals. - Collaboration
:
Work closely with account executives and sales managers to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and track the progression of opportunities through the sales cycle.

Experience with heavy outbound sales calls, and a passion for initiating conversations and building new relationships. - Communication Excellence

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to various audiences. - Qualifying Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales development role.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or tech sales environment.
- Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail, etc.)
- Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Salesloft, Outreach, or other sales engagement tools.
