Manage the full post-sales process including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and payment collection. Quote & Order Processing:
Prepare quotes, manage order entry in ERP (Netsuite), and ensure timely processing of transactions. Handle managed sales orders and Master Sales Orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing in Netsuite. Data Hygiene:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Hub Spot/Salesforce) and ERP (Netsuite) to support reliable reporting and forecasting. Partner Inventory Tracking:
Monitor partner stock levels, highlighting risks and opportunities. Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with account managers to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing data insights and presentations using Power BI. Quote & Sales Order Generation:
Prepare accurate quotes and convert closed deals into sales orders within our ERP (Netsuite). Customer Communication:
Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers regarding order status, tracking information, and issue resolution. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience This position will be supporting customers in Latin America and the successful candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related field.
3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer service in a B2B environment. Proficiency with Hub Spot, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Power BI. Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong sales rigor and operational discipline Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and partners.
Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving skills. Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and customer satisfaction.
