Weekend Youth Sports Photographer & Sales Representative

Photo Mules is seeking energetic, outgoing team members to join us at youth sports tournaments throughout Texas and the surrounding region. This is a weekend-based, outdoor position combining customer engagement, event photography, and on‑site sales. If you enjoy being active, talking with people, and earning commission based on performance, this could be a great fit.

No prior photography experience needed. We provide paid training and all equipment!

Location: Based in Austin, TX

Schedule: Weekends (Friday–Sunday)

Travel: Regional travel required in Texas and surrounding region (travel expenses covered)

• Work at outdoor youth sporting events and tournament venues
• Photograph teams and individual athletes (training provided)
• Interact with parents and players to promote photo packages
• Generate excitement and drive on‑site sales
• Explain package options and process transactions
• Contribute to event setup and breakdown
• Travel to weekend tournaments with the team

This is a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment that rewards confidence and hustle.

• Comfortable starting conversations and engaging with customers
• Motivated by commission and performance‑based earnings
• Dependable and punctual for weekend travel
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 miles per day)
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather
• Available most weekends (Friday–Sunday)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle capable of long‑distance travel (5+ hours)

• Guaranteed $17/hr minimum and uncapped weekly commission
