Luxury Presence is a leading digital platform revolutionizing the real‑estate industry with award‑winning websites, cutting‑edge marketing solutions, and AI‑powered mobile platform. We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our sales team.
Responsibilities- Prospect for our sales team through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify potential clients during the sales process and build relationships with high‑producing agents and brokerages.
- Deliver high‑quality leads through persistent outreach to support the sales team and company growth.
- Exceed goals and quota targets consistently.
- Conduct large volumes of prospecting by phone and email.
- Use analytical skills to understand potential client needs and fit our products and services.
- Persist through frequent rejection.
- 1+ years of experience in a lead generation role using phone, email, or other media platforms, or strong desire to enter tech sales.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone presence.
- Real‑estate experience is a plus.
Location: Austin, TX (must be located in the Austin area) – In‑office (Downtown Austin)
Compensation: Base salary of $45,000–$85,000 per year plus commission. Yearly on‑target earnings between $65,000 and $100,000.
