Position Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is primarily responsible for connecting to prospective clients and generating new business opportunities to drive growth for Usablenet. The SDR will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, connecting with decision-makers, qualifying active buying interest, and delivering a compelling and value-led brand experience that sets the stage for senior sales representatives to close deals and for future account growth opportunities.

The SDR will also manage inbound marketing leads, execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns, and act as a bridge between marketing and sales to ensure lead flow is consistent.

Essential Functions:
  • Making Outbound calls
  • Sending Outbound emails
  • Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
  • Generate sales qualified opportunities to exceed weekly activity targets, help sales team achieve monthly revenue targets, and drive pipeline growth

Skills and Experience:
  • Strong prospecting experience into Director Level (and above) titles across Marketing, eCommerce, IT Departments (preferably within the F5000 market)
  • Competitive, positive, results-driven, and a thirst to work in a fast-paced industry and high-energy working environment
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of team and collaborate with others
  • High level of expertise, proficiency and aptitude with technology
  • Knowledge and Experience with a PaaS or SaaS model (preferred)
