- Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid‑market clients — from prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow‑up, and referrals.
- Deeply understand client challenges and align them with the value of Affini Pay’s industry‑leading solutions.
- Deliver high‑impact product demos and business case proposals to decision‑makers.
- Negotiate sound financial agreements that provide solid business solutions for our software solutions and our clients.
- Accurately forecast and track sales activity in Salesforce; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals.
- 3+ years of full‑cycle closing experience, preferably in SaaS sales to mid‑market or larger accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
- Consultative, solutions‑focused selling style with the ability to influence and educate buyers.
- Self‑starter with strong business acumen, confidence in deal strategy, and comfort navigating complex orgs.
- Competitive edge, but also a true team player who shares best practices and lifts others up.
- Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with tools like Gong or Outreach is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision‑making, or drive innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in legal tech, fintech, or selling into professional services verticals.
- Familiarity with value‑selling frameworks (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC).
Estimated on‑target earnings (OTE): $140,000‑$170,000. This role includes uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to exceed your earnings potential based on performance. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ. 8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
This position is non‑exempt and eligible for overtime.
