We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Channel Account Manager to help scale Concentric AI’s partner ecosystem. In this role, you will support and grow existing channel relationships, drive partner engagement, and help generate pipeline through partner collaboration.

The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Channel Account Manager to help scale Concentric AI’s partner ecosystem. In this role, you will support and grow existing channel relationships, drive partner engagement, and help generate pipeline through partner collaboration. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to build repeatable partner motions and accelerate joint wins.
This role is based in Austin, TX and is designed for someone who has 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity sales and is looking to grow their career in channel and partner development. You will work directly with outside Channel Field Account Executives to support partners, coordinate deals, and drive joint success.
What You’ll Do- Build, manage, and grow relationships with MSPs, VARs, SIs, and strategic partners
- Support partner-driven pipeline generation through outreach, enablement, and ongoing engagement
- Assist with partner onboarding, certifications, and training sessions
- Collaborate with partners and field sellers on co-selling opportunities, deal strategy, and account mapping
- Support active deals by coordinating between partners and internal sales teams
- Track partner activity, deal registration, and performance metrics in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and partner programs
- Consistently contribute to channel pipeline and revenue goals
- 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, channel sales, or BDR/inside sales at a technology company
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging partners and customers via phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career in channel sales
- Able to manage multiple partners, deals, and priorities
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong interest in AI, data security, and the partner ecosystem
- Work at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and data protection
