About the RoleAs a Community Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of Nickson in the multifamily space. You will drive business growth by building relations with apartment communities, leasing offices, and strategic partners in the real estate space who can refer residents to our service.
You will have the tools to succeed, including a company car, and the freedom to work independently while being supported by a collaborative, results-driven team.
What You Will Do- Canvassing (30%):
Visit apartment communities across assigned territories to introduce Nickson’s services and referral program. - Driving Sign-ups (30%):
Identify and execute creative initiatives to register new referral partners and drive program usage. - Building Relationships (20%):
Support referral partners and foster relationships at the property level, becoming a trusted contact. - Maintaining Engagement (10%):
Ensure our network of referral partners keep Nickson top-of-mind either through phone, email, or in-person follow-ups. - Daily Reporting (10%):
Track outreach activity, wins, and opportunities in your daily log.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, field marketing, real estate or customer-facing roles
- A people-first, outgoing personality that genuinely enjoys meeting new people
- Strong communication and organization skills
- High energy, self-motivation, and personal accountability
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments
- A natural connector who builds trust quickly and leaves a positive impression
- Action-oriented and results-driven, with the resilience to hit goals
- Persuasive and confident when presenting ideas
- Comfortable spending most of the day on the road visiting partners.
