Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Enterprise
Location: Austin, TX
Work Model: Hybrid (3–4 days per week in office)
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our enterprise customer base. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of the sales process—prospecting, hunting for new business, and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. This position is a mix of inbound and outbound work. You’ll engage leads who come in through content downloads, events, and trade shows, while also running thoughtful outbound outreach using provided call lists and your own research.
You’ll focus on Enterprise-level organizations, including associations and nonprofits, where sales cycles are longer and strategic outreach really matters. If you’re excited by prospecting, enjoy building relationships from scratch, and want a clear path into an AE role, this is a great place to grow.
- Prospect and generate pipeline within ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts
- Conduct outbound outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, Linked In, and text)
- Follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Creatively engage target personas and uncover new business opportunities
- Learn and confidently speak to our Associations and Enterprise products (training provided)
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and AEs throughout the qualification process
- 1–2 years of SDR or client-facing sales experience (open to slightly more junior profiles)
- Proven outbound prospecting experience (cold calling, emailing, Linked In outreach)
- Experience working leads from marketing campaigns
- Comfortable working toward activity goals and sales quotas
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- SaaS experience
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Background in high-dial or outbound-heavy environments (construction, staffing, etc.)
- $50k‑$55k base + $25,000 variable ($75,000 – $80,000 OTE)
