About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated Sales Associate to help drive growth by prospecting and setting appointments for the sales team. This is an entry-level, client-facing role where you'll gain hands-on experience in business development and build the foundation for a long-term career in sales.
What You'll Do:
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Visit and call businesses to set qualified first-time appointments.
- Keep accurate records in Salesforce (contacts, activities, opportunities).
- Support sales reps with prep materials and appointment details.
- Represent the company professionally in the field.
- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality.
- Grit, resilience, and a hunter mentality - comfortable meeting 25-35 businesses a day.
- Tech-savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM tools like Salesforce).
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
- Base salary $47,500 + bonuses + commissions (expected earnings ~$59k+)
- $625 monthly auto allowance
