About the Opportunity:

Teem are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join this high-growth startup. You will be at the forefront of driving revenue, owning the full sales cycle from aggressive prospecting to high-impact demos and closing.
Key Responsibilities- Full Cycle Sales: Execute high-impact discovery calls to identify pain points in global e-commerce operations and supply chain logistics.
- Value Delivery: Articulate complex solutions surrounding cross-border expansion, revenue retention, and automated workflows
. - Stakeholder Management: Navigate multi-stakeholder negotiations and manage complex deal cycles within the mid-market and enterprise e-commerce space.
- Pipeline Excellence: Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and "no deal left untouched" mentality using Hub Spot, Gong, and Linked In Sales Navigator
. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless value delivery.
- Experience: Proven track record of closing deals in SaaS
, specifically targeting e-commerce brands or retail-tech. - Performance: A documented history of meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and tech stack integrations (APIs, ERPs, storefronts).
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional discovery, demo, and negotiation skills with a high-energy, commercial approach.
- Attributes: Ambitious, competitive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Earnings: Competitive base salary +
