Position Overview

We’re hiring a high-performing, experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound pipeline s is a fast-paced role focused on volume, precision, and results

You’ll be making 300+ cold calls per day to staffing agencies nationwide— with an initial focus ondental staffing companies—and are expected to book a minimum of 1 qualified appointment daily. You’ll build your own lead lists using Freckle.io, manage your pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate closely with our sales leadership to drive new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute 300+ outbound calls daily targeting staffing agency decision-makers (owners, partners, operations heads), with an initial focus on dental staffing companies.

  • Use Freckle.io to research, build, and manage targeted lead lists.

  • Consistently book at least 6 qualified sales appointments per week.

  • Log all activity, call outcomes, and appointments in Salesforce with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Refine outreach strategy and talk tracks based on call feedback and objections.

  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand-off and meeting success.

  • Track daily metrics and continuously improve call-to-meeting conversion rates.

Qualifications
  • Preferred: Proven experience making outbound calls to dental offices or dental staffing companies.

  • 2–3 years of outbound cold calling experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or staffing-related industries.

  • Comfortable and confident making 300+ dials per day.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting quotas.

  • Fluent in using Salesforce CRM to manage activity, pipelines, and reporting.

  • Experience using lead generation tools like Freckle.io or similar prospecting platforms.

  • Coachable, disciplined, and performance-oriented.
