Bravado represents a privately-held AI-powered Maintenance Management SaaS company that has received hundreds of 5-star reviews on Apple (4.8 overall), G2 (4.7) and Software Advice (4.6).
This 30-employee, Seed Funded firm ($8.5 million in total funding), which is used by more than 15,000 businesses and 100,000 users, is seeking Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to generate net-new meetings with a diverse set of SMB companies in construction, property management, local government, manufacturing, pest control, and solar.

Our client enables the desk-less workforce to succeed by creating a centralized place for both team and workflow management — all from one app. Whether you’re sending a message, completing a checklist, tracking work orders or closing out maintenance requests, we give business owners and managers time back by allowing them and their teams to work on the go. Staff find our app so intuitive that they can use it without any training and can participate from Android, iOS, desktop, tablet or even a flip phone using SMS.
Role:
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Sales and working from the Austin Office. Comp plan includes base salary, OTE with uncapped compensation and accelerators, equity, medical coverage, and a 401(k) with company match. We are seeking a top-performing SaaS SDR who is open to a stepping stone into an AE role; we will also consider high-energy entry-level candidates (6 months to 2 years of telephone sales experience preferred).
When prospects reach the demo stage, they are leaning forward. This is an evangelical sale with clear differentiators. You should be comfortable making up to 100 phone calls per day. Top performers show high energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and consistency, with a focus on converting as many leads as possible by any effective means.

- Focus 100% on converting inbound leads to sales demos to consistently hit monthly sales quota.
- Product Expert – be the first impression, be highly knowledgeable about our product, and understand customer needs to maximize trial value.
- Activity – this is a high-activity position; be prepared to make 100+ calls per day in addition to managing text messages, email, and other outreach methods.
- Organize – manage multiple tasks: new leads, calling older and follow-up leads, and calendar juggling.
- Follow Ups – follow up with every lead and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Generate – maintain expert knowledge of the maintenance industry, competition, market happenings and trends.

Compensation:
Base salary $50k, commission, and equity (0.01% – 0.1%), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), and a 401k plan with employer matching.
