We are seeking candidates to work a minimum of 15 hours/week with a flexible schedule! Looking for a weekday closer with flexibility for weekend shifts as well.

If you are RELIABLE, friendly, and radiate positive energy, we'd LOVE to talk to you! This position will keep you busy and engaged while helping our clients feel good! Plus, you will learn a lot and be surrounded by a supportive team.

• $14/hr + Commission to start
• Raise to $15/hr after first 60 days (to reward reliable and punctual employees)

• Sales & customer service
• Experience in a spa or health/wellness
• Proficiency in Mind Body Online and Axle CRM
• Knowledge of the science behind IR, Red Light Therapy, and chromotherapy
• Being part of the innovative boutique health & fitness community

• Warmly greet customers by name
• Check guests in and give studio tours
• Promote the benefits of IR saunas & a studio membership
• Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy (we'll train you!)
• Sell memberships & packages and earn commissions
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales (Mind Body software experience is a plus!)
• Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Check Prospr for any team communication and important updates
• Assist with administrative duties such as texting leads and membership assistance

• Passionate about health and wellness
• Completely comfortable with the sales process both in‑person & over phone (we'll train you on scripts, but be comfortable talking to people)
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and fellow team members
