• Identify and secure new catering clients through innovative sales strategies and community engagement.
• Focus on booking onsite events at our venue and coordinating offsite catering services for external locations.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty and consistent business growth.
• Represent Terry Black’s Barbecue at networking events, industry expos, and community functions.

• Develop tailored catering proposals and finalize contracts to balance client satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure clear communication of client needs to internal teams for seamless event delivery.

• Collaborate with clients to craft customized barbecue menus and coordinate event logistics for both onsite and offsite events.
• Partner with store leadership and catering teams to ensure exceptional preparation and service.

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations.
