• Sell auto, home, life, and other types of insurance products.
• Prospect using various marketing strategies to generate leads and opportunities.
• Follow a proven sales process to build value and customize an insurance portfolio to suit individual clients' needs.
• Engage telemarketing techniques to make outbound calls and generate sales leads for potential clients.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the agency management.

• Proven experience in outside or inside sales is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate empathy and responsiveness to client needs.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
• Works well with coworkers and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for effective sales administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Microsoft Teams).
• High School diploma or higher.

• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to serve a wider range of customers effectively.
• Six months plus experience in insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes in sales settings.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
