What You Will Do

• Sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products with high intensity and commitment, meeting customer needs.
• Become the resident Foot & Ankle expert, engaging surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Live out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that improve healthcare, rather than counting hours.
• Organize materials and quickly sort solutions during operating room consultations.
• Maintain and manage inventory, assisting customers whenever needed.
• Leverage knowledge of competitor offerings to build credibility with surgeons.
• Provide advice and training on products and tools used to save lives.
• Drive in the fast lane to change lives by selling Stryker products.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of product promotion and sales techniques, marketing strategy, demonstration, and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with office technologies (MS Office, databases).
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Availability to attend meetings outside regular hours as required.
• Adherence to compliance, privacy, confidentiality, ethics, and all applicable regulations.
