• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the local media market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their brand objectives and media needs.
• Develop customized media solutions, including multi‑platform digital and broadcast campaigns.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Track campaign performance, provide insights, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize results.
• Represent AMP at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.

• Proven sales experience in media, advertising, or related marketing solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust with C‑level executives.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and digital media tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
