As a Sales Representative, you will fulfill the merchandising needs of grocery-related customers by stocking shelves, building and maintaining displays, and partnering with nationally recognized accounts such as Walmart, HEB, Target and more. You will serve as an ambassador for world-famous brands including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Ensure leading Mondelēz brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
• Implement sales objectives, campaigns, promotions, brochures, and presentations, and maintain merchandising schematics.
• Perform in‑store planning by tailoring programs and fact‑based sales presentations to store demographics and consumer needs to drive growth.
• Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond expectations.
• Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered, including incremental rack and display support for DSD.
• Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build sales volume; coordinate with merchandisers to keep inventory fully stocked, rotated, and presentable, and properly credit or dispose of unsalable merchandise.
• Monitor and report on competitive activity and document all pricing activities, acting as a collaborator between Customer Business teams and store management.

• Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical demands such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Live within a 25‑35 mile radius of the Austin, TX location.
• Full schedule availability required.
• Mondelez offers a company vehicle, a gas card, and a maintenance program.

The base salary range for this position is $41,400 to $57,825, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The role is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with potential for excess earnings based on performance and company results. Additional benefits include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education programs, paid holidays, and vacation time.

Certain benefits have eligibility requirements and many are subsidized or fully paid by the company. No relocation support is available.
