Entry Level - Territory Sales Specialist, Wound Closure
Corza Medical invites you to start a medical device sales career with us. As a Territory Sales Specialist
, you will gain hands‑on experience in the field, build strong relationships with surgeons and clinical staff, and develop expertise across our Quill®, Sharpoint®, and broader wound closure portfolio.

- Manage a defined non‑acute territory to meet or exceed sales goals for Corza Medical’s wound closure and surgical product portfolio.
- Identify and convert new customer opportunities through prospecting, product presentations, and follow‑up.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and procurement/purchasing teams.
- Conduct in‑services, product demonstrations, and staff education sessions to support product utilization.
- Develop account strategies that increase product adoptionადგილ market share within the assigned territory. Greeting allowed
- Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor actions; communicate insights to sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM({}).
- Demonstrate a proactive, self‑motivated approach to managing sales activities, time, and travel.
- Travel within assigned territory up to 30% of the time; territories include Chicago, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Columbus, Des Moines, Detroit, and Milwaukee.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. - Experience:
0–2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience (B2B, healthcare, or related fields). - Interest in the medical device or healthcare industry; previous internship or entry‑level exposure is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly organized and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel within territory and occasionally overnight.
- Must live within the assigned territory area.
- Role requires meeting the hospital credentialing requirements.

Competitive benefits package including medical, 401K, vacation and sick time, paternal leave, and other benefits. Base salary range for this role is $100,000 per annum (base + commission), adjusted for geography, internal equity, market data, and experience.
