Austin, TX-based Insurance Sales Agent role located at our South Lamar office. You will be the primary point of contact for our adventurous community, advocate for customers, shape product decisions, and drive our commitment to top-notch customer service. You’ll be the go-to expert for RV insurance solutions that empower customers to hit the road with confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Quote and sell Personal Lines and Commercial insurance via phone (inbound/outbound) and email.
- Proactively cross-sell Roamly’s full suite of RV protection products.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Connect with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- A Passion for Sales: You thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and are committed to exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent Communicator: You possess strong oral and written communication skills and are able to clearly explain complex insurance concepts.

Experience:
While a General Lines Property & Casualty Agent License and prior insurance experience are preferred, they are not required. We provide comprehensive training and support for licensing and renewals.

- Base Salary: All licensed agents will start at a base salary of $40,000
, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $70,000
. - Schedule: This is a full-time position with core hours between 9 AM and 6 PM CST, Monday to Friday. Some weekend availability may be required.
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with applicable laws. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on factors including education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and bonus dependent upon position.
