What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular face-to-face interactions.
- Identify decision-makers, respond to bid opportunities (RFPs, ITBs), and secure contracts through effective negotiation and strategic proposals.
- Develop accurate scopes of work for projects, ensuring compliance with local pricing, ADA standards, and IBC regulations.
- Conduct property assessments, job walks, and real-time pricing evaluations, addressing potential project challenges.
- Collaborate closely with estimators, project managers, and superintendents to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, networking opportunities, and professional associations to expand business opportunities.
- Oversee customer accounts, manage invoicing, and support collections to drive profitability.
- Provide assistance during catastrophic events to ensure company readiness and client support.
- Proven sales experience in multifamily construction, with expertise in roofing, painting, interiors, exteriors, and mitigation/restoration services.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations, including ADA and IBC compliance.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- OSHA certification (or ability to become certified) and familiarity with IICRC standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel regionally daily and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
