We're seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth in key service areas, including roofing, painting, interiors, and exteriors. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular face-to-face interactions.
  • Identify decision-makers, respond to bid opportunities (RFPs, ITBs), and secure contracts through effective negotiation and strategic proposals.
  • Develop accurate scopes of work for projects, ensuring compliance with local pricing, ADA standards, and IBC regulations.
  • Conduct property assessments, job walks, and real-time pricing evaluations, addressing potential project challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with estimators, project managers, and superintendents to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, networking opportunities, and professional associations to expand business opportunities.
  • Oversee customer accounts, manage invoicing, and support collections to drive profitability.
  • Provide assistance during catastrophic events to ensure company readiness and client support.
What You Bring:
  • Proven sales experience in multifamily construction, with expertise in roofing, painting, interiors, exteriors, and mitigation/restoration services.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations, including ADA and IBC compliance.
  • Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • OSHA certification (or ability to become certified) and familiarity with IICRC standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally daily and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
