Sales Associate (Semiconductor Piping, Austin TX)
Our client operates an office in Austin and supplies various piping components—pipe, fitting, and valve—for Semiconductor Fabs and other industrial areas in the US. They provide total solutions to customers, from procurement and stock management.
The core of the business is to supply materials from the US and overseas, handle all operation processes, deliver to contractors’ job sites in a timely manner, develop new customers for business expansion, and improve supply chain capability with new vendors.
Job SummaryWe are recruiting a self‑motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or procurement of semiconductor/other industrial piping components, from tool hook‑up to primary large‑sized goods, and knowledge of logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Semiconductor FABs networks in the US.
Responsibilities- Sales of piping components to customers in the semiconductor and other industry.
- Support and co‑work with the Group Manager regarding planning strategy and new business opportunity development.
- Negotiate sales conditions with business partners and deliver into documents.
- Research and monitor semiconductor/other industrial markets and develop new customers/vendors.
- Build up trusting relationships with business partners to secure or foster current business.
- Manage any issues arising from sales such as quality, delivery, and payments in cooperation with the Group Manager, Headquarters (in Korea), vendors, and customers.
- Ability to travel to out‑of‑states, overseas, or local business trips.
- Self‑motivated, positive attitude, professional, and able to create, develop, and implement process improvements.
- Experience in sales or procurement, particularly in the semiconductor industry or related fields involving piping components.
- Experience in semiconductor fabs, mechanical engineering, mechanical materials, or supply chain management is an advantage.
- Strong team player focused on driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English is a must;
Korean is preferred. - Willingness to travel frequently based on business needs.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Salary 55-95k
