Senior Account Executive – Climate Solutions

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr

Essential Functions
  • Strategic Client Acquisition: proactively identify and onboard new customers.
  • Complex Project Sales: identify and close large, intricate projects and solutions.
  • Relationship Management: develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing key customers.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    foster a collaborative selling environment, leveraging subject matter experts.
  • Customer Service Excellence: uphold the highest standards of customer service internally and externally.
  • Performance Management: exceed key performance indicators and manage SLAs.
  • Data Management: maintain accurate sales forecasting and customer data in CRM.
  • Negotiation and Closure: lead contract negotiations and drive deals to closure.
  • Problem Resolution: proactively address customer concerns and ensure timely commitments.
  • Market Expertise: stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Cycle Management: manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.
  • Post-Sales Support: provide professional after-sales support to enhance loyalty.
  • Customer Engagement: maintain regular communication to understand evolving needs.
  • Professional Development: attend conferences, training, and industry events to stay updated.

Travel

Work Environment
