Your Impact

As an SDR at Acre, you will generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives, balancing efficiency with empathy. You will work within a structured, supportive environment, using smart processes and tools to connect with prospects and help them explore solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage inbound and marketing-qualified leads to book productive exploratory conversations.
  • Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Hub Spot) and modern sales tools to track, prioritize, and nurture leads.
  • Focus on high-intent interactions rather than high-volume outreach.
  • Aim for a realistic target of 10–20 meetings booked per month, aligning with industry norms.
  • Collaborate with Rev Ops to continuously refine outreach cadences, lead quality, and messaging.
  • Report key metrics—such as meetings booked, qualified leads created, and pipeline generated—on a weekly cadence.
  • Use thoughtful, conversational outreach—not cold scripts—to build relationships with prospects.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong organizational skills.
  • Clear and empathic communication—both verbal and written.
  • Positive, resilient, and intrinsically motivated—target-driven, but not at any cost.
  • Adaptability to structured workflows, paired with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • A desire to grow within the organization and possibly move into an AE or sales leadership role in the future.
