Job SummaryWe’re looking for an entry‑level Sales Development Representative to kickstart your sales career. In this dynamic, high‑volume hybrid role, you will identify and qualify sales opportunities for our Direct Sales team through outbound research, phone and email outreach, and discovery calls. If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and have a natural hunter mentality, we want to hear from you.

2 days remote, 3 days onsite. Candidates must live within commuting distance to our office in Bee Cave, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Generate Leads:
Proactively research and identify promising sales opportunities for OEC products and reach out via phone and email. - Engage & Educate:
Provide insightful product information, foster conversations that spark interest. - Coordinate Introductory Meetings:
Schedule discovery and qualification calls with decision‑makers and nurture leads to qualified prospects. - Qualify & Pass Leads:
Use defined process to qualify leads that meet criteria and hand them to Account Executives. - Utilize Research Tools:
Leverage internal tools and external sites such as Google and Linked In to discover potential clients and build account profiles. - Outbound Campaigns:
Participate in outbound campaigns to generate awareness about products, events, and promotions. - Master Solutions:
Become an expert in OEC products, understand clients' needs, and pitch the value of tailored solutions. - Hit Targets:
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team success. - CRM Management:
Keep customer accounts up‑to‑date in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in transactional SaaS sales, prospecting, lead qualification, cold‑calling, discovery calls, and demo appointment‑setting is strongly preferred.
- Natural hunter: resilient, enthusiastic, building relationships, overcoming objections.
- Self‑starter: thrive in fast‑paced environment, adapt quickly.
- Excellent communicator: both written and verbal, engaging prospects effectively.
- Structured seller: organized and skilled in following sales process to qualify leads and close deals.
