What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive retention and operational excellence by managing the renewal sales cycle for smaller-sized contracts
  • Serve as the primary internal resource for senior Account Directors, handling routine operational tasks related to contracts
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and operational support
  • Collaborate with senior Account Directors on strategic tasks, including preparing renewal forecasts and account mapping
  • Monitor customer health metrics and flag potential risks related to renewals or usage
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 1-4 years of professional experience in an account support, inside sales, sales development, or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Highly organized and process-driven with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn complex enterprise sales cycles

  • Experience in managing administrative processes related to contract management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role within the technology sector
