Membership Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Generating new leads through current members, influencers, community outreach, and social media
• Converting leads into memberships and timely outreach to new leads
• Conducting in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
• Managing new lead entries once received from social media, community events, and marketing campaigns
• Attending lead-generating events, such as pre-launch events, grand openings, festivals, and local community gatherings
• Daily reporting on sales progress
• Working collaboratively with the studio’s leadership team to ensure smooth and cohesive operations
• Orienting members and delivering studio tours
• Building strong relationships with members, corporate businesses, and local businesses

• Minimum of 1-year experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, open-concept work environment
• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
• Willing to be flexible with hours
• Comfortable learning new software

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
