Job SummaryActive Prospect is seeking a Inside Sales Representative who is responsible for driving new business within a designated vertical by managing both outbound and inbound opportunities and proactively pursuing lower‑value targets. This role carries an individual quota and focuses on closing deals valued at $18K/year or less. The Inside Sales Representative will build relationships with prospective customers, understand their business needs, and position our solutions to deliver measurable value.
Success in this role requires strong sales acumen, consistent pipeline management, and the ability to close opportunities efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus.
- Execute outbound campaigns to engage top target accounts, while proactively pursuing and closing mid‑to‑low mid‑market opportunities to maintain a healthy, consistent pipeline.
- Drive outbound engagement with high‑potential targets and close new business across priority verticals to fuel steady pipeline growth.
- Balance strategic outbound prospecting with the proactive conversion of smaller opportunities to hit and exceed monthly pipeline goals.
- Manage inbound opportunities by quickly qualifying leads, assessing needs, and positioning the right solutions.
